A wonderful shot, Howard!
Howard Somerville club has replied to Andy Rodker clubIsisbridge club has replied to Howard Somerville clubHoward Somerville club has replied to Isisbridge clubAnd Roy's crop places the church too far to the left of the frame, and loses the lantern together with the building on the left which with the one on the right nicely "bookend" the points of interest.
Besides which, the shot has already been cropped as much as it can be; the composition having been beyond the range of the LX100's zoom.
Isisbridge club has replied to Howard Somerville clubThe chimney is the main point of interest here, so the church forms a perfectly adequate 'bookend' without needing additional features, which simply leave the picture looking cluttered.
Forget the lantern (which doesn't show up too well anyway) and home in on the important bits.

Just wish I'd taken it with the new camera, which would have given me higher image quality, even if it had meant lugging it around with me all day.
