A Fine Pair (2)

1959 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special (left) and a 1958 Continental Mk III Convertible.

After an hiatus of four years, I was back in Palm Springs at the right time for my third visit to a McCormick's Palm Springs Collector Car Auction, their 67th. The first official day offers free admission and a relaxed atmosphere in which to seek out ones favourite marques. This pair are not instinctively my favourite type of car but they do exude a certain amount of magnificence.
