Alexandra Palace (10) - 21 May 2019

Alexandra Palace is of great architectural interest but I viewed these pipes somewhat in the abstract. They are half way up a stairway from the theatre circulating area to entirely modern toilets which, presumably, have rather more modern plumbing. The state of the brickwork, which is not displeasing to the eye, appears to be consistent with the description of the theatre itself in posted notes, that being one of 'arrested decay'.
