Fort Lauderdale Police Caprice - 22 October 2018

The middle of the day of Monday 22 October 2018 in Fort Lauderdale was interrupted by a period of very heavy, but forecast, rain. My hunt for Marmite, a thankless quest in South Florida, was interrupted too so I took this picture of a Fort Lauderdale Police Chevrolet Caprice while I sheltered.

The original Caprice was made in North America from 1965-1996. The model name returned in 2011-2017 as an rebadged import from Australia's Holden (GM) and, specifically, as a police vehicle. I thought it was nice to see something which was not a Crown Victoria.
