Bridge Over Untroubled Water - 13 April 2016

To stay near a city but not in it is potentially to avoid unnecessary expense and hassle. My interests go sufficiently beyond the purely touristy to make it more than worthwhile to stay in Burlingame, south of San Francisco. Although the background of this photograph is unprepossessing, the Bayfront area has many attractions including the Ice Plant (previously featured), shore birds and this pedestrian bridge.
