A Hero for the Modern Age - 21 June 2014

I like juxtaposition as a compositional device. An evening walk in Hyde Park had already offered pleasing evening light falling on the statue of Achilles. With a couple of paces west, the view suggested the statue as a frame for the tower of the London Hilton Park Lane.
