Hey Poly ... these "barrels" are plastic ... so that idiots that run into them (happens too frequently) don't damage their cars ... and plastic is easier to kick back into shape than metal, after being smacked by an errant vehicle; probably cheaper too ...

Yes, I assumed that these are plastic (as in our country too), but nevertheless they look heavy. It's only a kind of optical impression :-)

Very well seen! Love the colours and line that our eyes travels on in this. If these things are anything like our road bollards then they bend easily to car wheels but make quite a scraping noise! Not recommended.
