The currents in the river can be very strong Gudrun ~ it would be likely to do a lot of damage if it broke free and got swept into Tower Bridge for example ~ Hanwe

The ship totally dwarfs Tower Bridge. I wonder what all the flags signify?

Yesterday we went to Stourhead, starting off in Cardiff with A's brother on Friday afternoon, and arriving in Stourhead on Saturday. Gorgeous weather, and the place was heaving! I remember so well your autumn reflections from there on Pan. The colours weren't quite up to that yet unfortunately, neither were the reflections. :-))))

I have sent you a link detailing the meanings of signal flags,

Stourhead is the most difficult of places if you want to include a wide variety of autumn colours but is a most beautiful garden.
