The little "garden" is quaint- belated HFF, Nick!

Hi Sarah, it certainly seems to be in private hands these days and a lovely spot to occupy. My penthouse flat is over the other side of the water and can be seen in the far distance around the centre of the shot. So I too play at being the harbour master and we get to see not just the comings and goings in and out of Portsmouth harbour, but also all of the ships going in and out of Southampton Harbour and all of the Solent.
