En esto he sido metódico; objetivos y verificación de cumplimientos al ordenador, tanto para entrenamientos de maratón como natación y otros. ¡Ánimo, Andy!

Thank you, José Manuel! I always had goals such as 12,000 steps per day which I maintained right up to my back issues of a year ago and then this year with covid. On good mountain walks I would do up to 50,000 steps. so my current target of 2,000 steps (rising by 200 steps every 3 days) seems so little and yet it's all I can do, together with dozens of other exercises I need for muscle strengthening, mobility, voice recovery, etc, etc!

The colour of the sky is simply fantastic, especially as it's taken this time of year. It's great too, that you are able to take your daily exercise knowing the steps you've made. I really hope that you are feeling better now, Andy. My son contracted COVID a few weeks ago - but luckily he'd been double jabbed, so it didn't really affect him badly. I'm so pleased that you have such a beautiful area to recover in.

Auch nach meiner Erkrankung habe ich zunächst geübt die Treppenstufen für ein Stockwerk zu steigen. Wöchendlich wurden es mehr und mehr Schritte in der Ebene.
