Gorgeous bark! I'm not sure I've ever seen a plane tree. This looks like a pleasant place to sit in the shade.

They line the streets of London.
I couldn't sit here, Diane it was far too hot. (41c , I guess 104F). I only came this way because I was 15 minutes early for my class and I realised I didn't have an HFF shot that week. So I went looking for one and also it upped the steps on my pedometer (the word 'sad' doesn't even touch the sides here!).

Haha! I am picturing you checking your pedometer, slave to yet another gadget. ;-b
