Sierra de La Cabrera rising above the fog
Taken from El Cancho Gordo over the Eastern end of the Sierra with El Pico de La Miel at its end.
As described a few times before, I didn't know when I started that I would get above the fog. It was a lucky hunch!

It certainly was a day I'll always remember. On the bus journey from Madrid it was all thick fog and I seriously wondered if I was mad even to think of it! But fortunately I had already been walking here many times and was happy that I wouldn't get lost in the fog as I knew the paths very well. So it proved, but it was with considerable joy that my head eventually peeped through from under the cloud!. I took 100s of shots and rather overdid it on Panoramio, so perhaps I could now post a few others that I have. I'll have to think about it!
