Hervás Rooftop and the Sierra de Bejar.

We didn't enjoy this town. It was filthy, smelly, the people seemed surly, building repairs were of the corrugated iron type and yet it prided itself as a tourist hotspot.
No, it was resting on long forfeited laurels. And indeed, a visit in 1983 had been very pleasing. No longer. The place had let itself down badly in the meantime.

Andy Rodker club has replied to Eva Lewitus clubOK, people are poor here and have to do what thay can, but even so there was no sign that the civil authority had any notion of civic pride. Especially when it is all too keen to publicise the town on the tourist map but not too keen to actually make it worth visiting.
