Love such great clouds!

I wasn't expecting to take a photo (we were watching English Boxing Day football on the telly), but I looked out of the window and just had to take the shot from the terrace! I'm pleased to say that I did notice the plane's shadow straight away so included it.

Beats me why you or anyone else for that matter would be watching football on Boxing Day (or any other day for that matter), Andy. :-)
I'm so pleased that you looked out of the window and went onto the terrace. The view is so much more interesting than people kicking a ball around on a piece of grass.

Don't worry, Amelia - I won't go into football detail ... Suffice it to say:
1. It was v cold outside and there was a roaring fire inside and
2. They put the football on for me! There is no boxing day football in Spain and they make a big thing of the fact that there is a full programme in England, and they watch it! I could hardly say; 'No thank you, I want to watch The Sound of Music on the other side'
Besides, when one's girlfriend's sister is married to a very famous Real Madrid star - well, what can one do?
