It doesn't show in your photo! What a pity though....

If you look carefully at the two walls on the left, you can see that they have been shored up or repaired using the cheapest materials. Corrugated iron is everywhere in this town. This shot was the best I could do to avoid all the rubbishy stuff! No civic pride, and no planning restrictions at all or, if there are, then they have been completely ignored and the place looks a total mess.

that's such a shame - it's so disappointing when you go back to somewhere you have fond memories of us, and it's gone downhill.

I do like the fat little white cloud peeking over the distant hills.

The white cloud saved it from being unshown!

Such a shame your return visit was a disapointment............but you still nailed this shot of those lovely terracotta roof tiles, so all was not lost..!!
