Hervas, Cacares Province.
I first visited this town in 1986 and was charmed. This visit was in 2016 and the town had deteriorated markedly. It still called itself a tourist attraction but it was neglected, run down, filthy and it stank. A great disappointment.,

It's always distressing when you have fond memories of a place, and then find it's gone downhill. But the peeking cumulus is a nice touch!
