Lower Tahquamenon Falls

Lower Tahquamenon Falls
The Lower Falls of the Tahquamenon River are not as spectacular as the Upper Falls but have a beauty of their own. They go around an island and these are the cascades or falls on the right fork (east side) of the island. There are other cascades on the west side (left fork) that can be reached by taking a rowboat across the river and hiking the trail around the island.
