We are traveling once again, this time cross-country to see family members in Michigan. We drove over 2000 miles (3200 kilometers) the past five days. We left home Monday morning and drove to Yellowstone National Park, from there to the Black Hills and the Badlands of South Dakota and then on to Michigan arriving Friday morning. We spent a day in Yellowstone and hoped to find the park less busy than in the summer months, but were disappointed and spent only part of one day there. These photos were taken along the Madison River as we drove in from the town of West Yellowstone.

Jean-pierre Dethor, Scott Lilley, niraK68, Bergfex and 27 other people have particularly liked this photo
