This was taken just before the sun went down and from a parking area along the highway south of Mount Hood. We had just finished our evening meal and would spend the night there, sleeping in the back of our van.

We used to sleep in the back of the old long wheelbase Land Rover years back. Always pure joy to wake up somewhere so beautiful.
