Lepanthopsis vinacea

The flowers of this tiny orchid are only a few millimeters in size. The name "vinacea" refers to their wine-red color and the species comes from Venezuela and Ecuador. As can be seen from the photo, the flowers are nearly transparent, something I did not realize until I saw them through a macro lens.
