For your sick mantra

I didn't scream when I saw this! What self-control! Some of you already know of my disdain for the word "wellness." A magazine like this was bound to happen, but these days we've got problems worse than that.

And I want to meet Maranda Pleasant, she sounds nice.
do not you know that it is enough to put yourself in the lotus position of yoga, to breathe correctly, to let your mind transcend in meditation, say Om or Aum and all your and the whole world 's troubles will disappear?
and if you can not do it, it's just your fault that because you have a negative attitude to this philosophy that spreads goodness, well-being and postivity all around ... so as all these pseudo gurus can make a lot of money... LOL!!!!!
I have always hated and despised all this. But I too obviously have a deep inner negative attitude :-)
