Don, you've described this town and also made me chuckle. However, this little shopping center was almost completely vacant and suddenly came alive in the last few months with new businesses. I'm shocked. The only abandoned building now is in the foreground.

Hopefully I'm wrong, but sometimes revived shopping centers here are due a drug treatment program having started up in one of the old storefronts :)

Never heard of that movie. Believe it or not, there have been four Oregon astronauts, all on shuttles. None were called juggernauts - lol!
