I always feel that way, too. On Google Earth, I used the time-slider to see older imagery and the property also had a row of trailers. I imagine this was occupied by millworkers, as there was a mill across the street for many years. Thanks, Smiley!

Definitely past their use-by date............but a gift to photographers! Nicely composed with great use of the Rule of Thirds and the texture you've used adds nicely to the grungy look.

I think so. There was a lumber mill across the street for several decades. I don't think we have a particular name for one-story domiciles. Maybe they do back east, where there are sometimes slightly different ways of naming things. Thank you, Marj!
