A York Christmas Ghost tour
A surprise night visit to York gives us a chance to join this special walking tour. Our very professional wench host, Alice, takes us down the small lanes and corners to relate stories of ghost seen near that spot and other blood-curdling tales of days long past. York has a great deal of history from Roman, Viking and the dark-ages including our Civil war.

Hi Gordon, I am always amazed at what these phones can do. Saves a lot of messing with all my heavy gear and does the job. I know that my DSLR would have done it better but by the time I had set up the tripod and constructed the scene the tour would have long since moved on.

A nicely captured night-time scene Herb..........the lighting is very pleasant, especially where it reflects off the pavement and cobbles. I glad you hear you had a good time and I hope it wasn't to scary for you!

As i said to Toz above, these phones do a remarkable job at night. It was a great tour and completely unexpected for us as it was part of a Christmas surprise present. Yes the cobbles were good here. I would have liked to walk down here in the daylight too but it was not to be.
