I really like the reflections here!
A great mix of colours too. All in all a superb composition.
Nice to see the traffic stops to allow the bridge to be lifted. We have a bridge like this in Lowestoft, and persuading the locals to stop is becoming a big problem!

Hi Peter, I don't think they had much choice really as the alternative was a 10 minute walk anyway. In reality, I think the tourist here cherished a look of this yacht entering the inner harbour. I know that I did. Glad you liked this.

Beautiful deep reflections Herb and a very nice shot. This is what happens to the town bridge in Weymouth at certain times of the day. Very interesting to watch!

Thanks Rosa, yes such things as the road suddenly moving upwards is always pretty jaw-dropping when you see that at first. I imagine after a few times it would become like the railway line barriers, just a chore to wait for.
