A Rouen street scene.

oh i know that feeling well time to set up or not. what magnificent building , bike was the first thing i did notice its leaving lightly... Great shot well out of my stage.

Steve, this was but a tiny part of the old city. Streets and streets just the same as this. All too much in end, really a case as to just what to present here. I can sense your empathy with the cafe owners here too.I wonder if the bike ever moves.

OMG Herb not only have I been there but I've been in those very buildings about 25 years ago when I was in the Navy -good to see I can still recognise them. Nice one!!

Richard, it is always nice that one of our pictures should spark a memory in that of our viewers. I doubt that these buildings have changes much over the centuries let alone 25 years. Was a great spot indeed and I hope all your memories of this place are good. Thanks for feeding back on that.
