My very first loaf of bread I have ever baked. It is called 'Sunday Bread', because it is yeast dough with butter. I found the recipe in a German Internet site. We already tasted it and agreed that it is great and I will bake it again.

Danke, Klaus. Ich hab mich selbst gewundert, dass das Brot gut geworden ist, ich hatte ja noch nie mit Hefe gebacken und vor ein paar Wochen das erste Mal in meinem Leben Broetchen gebacken. Das nennt man doch 'die Not macht erfinderisch'. Na ja, erfinderisch ja eigentlich nicht, aber die 'Not' hat mich doch dazu gebracht, weil man hier nur weiche Pappsbroetchen kaufen kann, die mit sehr vielen Chemikalien durchsetzt sind.

Das Brot ist nun schon halb gegessen. Der Teig ist eigentlich fuer Broetchen gedacht, kann aber genauso gut als Brot gebacken werden, sagt das Rezept.
