.. seeing the Heron so still, eased a bit closer.. but the closer I got, the further away he moved .. he made some loud noises (to scare me off?) and looked disgusted when I didn't leave .. well, he figured he would solve the entire problem .. making one last noise of objection, he flew further out onto the grasses in the lake © All rights reserved

This is my lake ... there are plenty around .. go find another one .. oh, yeah .. read the signs before you jump in .. this lake is not for humans .. "swim at your own risk" .. not for decoration .. there are gators in here at times .. you want to be their next meal ? people who go out in boats are risking enough .. a great lake for Mallards .. but, move on dood ~ move on ... ^SOOC ©SD All Rights Reserved
