I haven't taken a photograph for weeks, so it's another old shot I'm afraid. I did go back to work but within 3 days had to go sick again. I've trapped some nerves in my neck and shoulder which are causing pain and affecting movement in my left arm. Now off until at least the 5th Oct. Thanks to all those who have been asking after my health.
