I haven't taken a photograph for weeks, so it's another old shot I'm afraid. I did go back to work but within 3 days had to go sick again. I've trapped some nerves in my neck and shoulder which are causing pain and affecting movement in my left arm. Now off until at least the 5th Oct. Thanks to all those who have been asking after my health.

Sorry to hear that you are having this problem, Keith. I wondered why I hadn't seen you for a while. I well understand as I have been having chiropractic treatment for neck and spine for months now. Pain is exhausting to live with. Hope you are better really soon.
