We are all different, I love insects, bugs, spiders, reptiles, they are fascinating for me, but I feel uncomfortable looking at felines, even in photo !

Incredible detail, an impressive insect with a great background! In real life I'd take a glass and a piece of cardboard and evacuate it as soom as possible;-)

In real life they stay outside, this one was dead, I kept it and some others because I find them beautiful.

A rhinoceros beetle! They are amazing.

These magnificent looking Rhino beetles look very impressive Isabel...........and this seems to have been a great specimen when it was alive. I'm glad they don't reach the size of a real rhino :-)))

Very nicely captured against a beautiful background. I get the occasional Stag Beetle in my garden, but I've never seen one of these in the wild.

We see them very often here and when they die they get dry, so easy to keep them. I made a composition with some of them on rocks… in my library !

Your beetle stands out perfectly against the background of colours. I am glad this is a macro as I would hate to meet one of those if they were really that size!!
