Fish Fly Season - Belle River

Ah yes... fish fly season... the street lights were encircled in dancing clouds and the roads were greasy slick...

This was just a small swam ...I avoided bright lights closer to the water. We drove out to the end of the pier and the car was a shimmering crawling mass of them!

I just tell myself that they are "good" and a sign of a healthy environment.... and get out the snow shovel for clean-up.
