The mystery Golden Eagle


I think I have solved this mystery now I have discovered looking at the sequence of slides this was in N Wales (Pwllheli) and not Scotland - the slides it was stored with were Cairngorm!
It appears to be a rescued bird named by a falconer (Sam Barnes) as ‘Atalanta’
