Ghost town

For 90 years Gwalia was a goldmining town. The mine closed in the 1960's and people just abandoned it. Now it sits quietly disintegrating in the middle of the West Australian desert, near Leonora.

Diana Australis club has replied to Léopold clubI have seen old mining towns in the US ( Wyoming, Montana..) preserved for historical and tourism purposes of course. ( they tend to lack in authenticity somewhat:!))
This one seems to have been visited by many vehicles with car plates not at all rusty ah ah
Still it's always fun
Have a nice evening Diana !
