I don't know about now, but in the UK for taxation purposes, Morgan three-wheelers used to be classed as motorcycles. Of course now, there is no 'road tax' to pay for vintage/classic vehicles.

Remarkable find and capture. A great piece of kit made just down the road from me. I'm gonna call it a car ( yes, maybe minus a wheel, goddammit, but it ain't no bike!)

Thank you for your comments and faves, everyone. Despite the motorcycle engine (I think it's a Matchless) and three wheels, this Morgan is indeed classed as a motor car and is considered a very desirable classic by motoring enthusiasts. As far as I know, this one was made in the mid-1950s.
