Waiting for the Starter

Waiting for the Starter
Yachts at Batemans Bay waiting for the signal to start a race - deferred because of a lack of wind. I have been "press-ganged" to assist as crew, which is why I was offline most of last weekend ....but a pocket camera sneaks into my gear. :)

FWIW, the wind picked up shortly after this was taken and later rose to about 25kts: we finished in mid-field.
