I love this grey heron in his quiet, solitary waiting for who knows what in this dock-like atmosphere, so well portrayed in his chromatics.
I am very fond of these birds that nest in the Po delta, in Northern Italy, which is part of my childhood history and my sentimental and emotional memory.
