St Andrews, East Sands

The only thing that spoils this photo is that caravan park on the Kinkell Braes. That should never have been given planning permission. It used to be a wonderful area for coastal walking with rock climbing cliffs including the 'Maiden' and the 'Rock and Spindle'. In the spring the cliffs were covered in primroses, sea squill and bluebells. Now we just see green boxes. www.abbeyford.com/locations/st-andrews-holiday-park

Eine wunderschöne Küstenlandschaft, Joe.
Auf meiner Rundreise durch Schottland habe ich viele wunderschöne Sandstrände gesehen, Joe. Leider war es etwas kalt an diesen Stellen. Unsere Wälder heimischen Wälder sterben jetzt wegen des Klimawandels. Bald wird auch im Norden von Schottland Wein angebaut und die Touristen kommen wie an der Adria.
