I am very sorry for such a short and anything else but great comment of mine, Joe. I have to admit this HFF group has became rather popular, and way too often somewhat impossible to give enough time and appreciation to all wonderful contributions here.

But on the other hand this is a great opportunity to get to know people and places around the world. Never been in Glasgow or Edinburgh, yet. Me and my wife have planned to visit there some day, but as still being in working life, it keeps us way too occupied.
