It's named "National Velvet". Why? For no reason beyond an infantile delight at imagining puzzled viewers trying to make sense of the name. Typical for the piles of shit that pass for "art" in Denver - none of which are beautiful or edifying. This one just happens to be more honest than others in its pile-of-shittiness, by actually resembling a pile of shit.

Oh...and it's lit from inside at night.
