Apparently this translates as "Open Pleasure", in the imperative sense of "open".
But if you leave the "it" off the second word, it translates as "Pleasure Holes".
"Have a Coke and a smile", indeed.
Good thing I didn't know this at the time. And that had I known it, I didn't have some white tape with me and a few minutes unobserved...

Especially amusing given I only recently learned the term "bell end" (it's apparently Australian slang).
Note how much more efficient the label is in English vs. Spanish. The word for "bell" alone has more syllables than all three spelled-out words in the English version together.
