Road Trip: Day 7

This is why you get out and wade across the river before driving across. The story was apparently that this group just plowed through the river without assessing it first, went upstream of the crossing (vs. downstream, as is usually recommended) and ended up in about 3ft of water...in a low minivan.

We walked the river on the downstream side (to the right), and found that it was only about 10" deep there.
