Yes, you're right, this bridge looks quite reliable. I have seen many really dilapidated ones on my trip to Nepal! When I find the time I'll check my archives for another HFF on a following friday :)

Lutz, ja, habe ich gesehen! Ein gewaltiges Teil! Wie lang ist die denn?
Die, wie es angekündigt wurde, längste Hängebrücke der Welt wurde im Juli 2017 im Wallis, Schweiz eröffnet. Sie ist 494 m lang. Ich war da auch noch nicht :-)

Die mittlere könnte ich sein, Poly :-((( - zitter!!!! Allerdings würde ich mich mit beiden Händen am Geländer festklammern. Seltsamerweise hat es mir vor Jahren nichts ausgemacht, mit einem Heißluftballon zu fahren.

Uli, naja, diese Hängebrücken sind teilweise schon ziemlich wacklig, da greift auch der erfahrene Hiker gerne mal nach dem hilfreichen Seil! :-)

Die Brücke scheint neu zu sein, sie sieht sehr solide aus, ich würde auch drüber gehen, allerdings nicht so große Lasten auf dem Buckel tragen. Schönes Bild!

Vielen Dank! Ja, die Brücke war damals (2008) neu. Es gab ein Schweizer Projekt, das die alten, gefährlichen Brücken durch leichte, relativ günstige Aluelement-Brücken ersetzte. Man sieht sie inzwischen in ganz Nepal. Die Alu-Elemente wurden ja durch Sherpas an die entsprechenden Stellen getragen, da spielt ein leichtes Gewicht eine relatib grosse Rolle.
