Fleet Place sculpture - outside City Thameslink Station - 26 1 2023

This was a hurried snap. On leaving a London station on urgent family business, these figures? were the first things we saw on emerging onto the street. I would like to know the name of this artwork and its artist. I can only find an unidentified image on-line.
