This was a hurried snap. On leaving a London station on urgent family business, these figures? were the first things we saw on emerging onto the street. I would like to know the name of this artwork and its artist. I can only find an unidentified image on-line.

The City of London is known as the square mile, as it is in a very compact central London location. It is packed with offices, churches, stations and official buildings. It has for several centuries been unable to house all the workers it needs in its own boundaries. These blocks of flats are across the river Thames, in Southwark. The Shard can be seen in the background.
