PSE text & background zebra

PSE text & background zebra
Another experiment using the PSE 'content'/'text' effect. This time the 'zebra' text, as seen in the central obvious 'zebra'. The rest of the patterns are that word recoloured, and treated with various 'distort' effects. The end result was then put over a 'zebra' background, again from PSE 'backgrounds.

That's an interesting thought. It certainly has the bold colours and shapes of fairground artwork. I only started to poke about in the 'text' area of Elements recently. Most of the effects are colour gradients, but a few like this and the Ivy text are a bit more fun to play with. The shaping of the distorted text are in the 'Distort' filter effects menu under 'Polar coordinates'. There are two effects there. One turns the object, in this case the zebra text, into a circle and the other makes it into more of an arched shape.The seond has been used on two copies and one has been inverted, providing the shapes at the top and bottom of the design.
