Thanks, Sami. There are two motivations behind the processing. I turn quite a few of my photos into greetings cards for charity fund-raising events, so they need to look eye-catching and attractive. The other reason is that there are so many excellent photos on the net that I try to offer something a bit different. I suppose another aspect is rescuing mediocre images and turning them into something presentable, with collages, frames or captions. I am glad you like my approach. Your own choice of subject and presentation is also very individual.

Well, I actually see some similarity to Duane Michals, who somewhat introduced the idea of adding the story right on the picture, by writing the short stories onto his prints. However, you have also made the texts kind of "framing elements", what is new at least to me. Morover, I like also your other ideas, like those where you enlarge part of the image.
