Cutty Sark starboard side - Greenwich - London - 26.5.2015

I have cropped the image down to get rid of the tourists that were in front of it and this has reduced, to a narrow strip, the glazed surround that now encompasses it. The neighbouring shot, from the other side, shows the surround. As the hull has been raised significantly from its former berth, lower in the dry dock, the surround's top comes more-or-less at the waterline and, I have to admit, looks quite effective. It is good to see this elegant vessel rise from the ashes.
