For the identification, I am only going by the small hood ornament, which here looks confusingly like the marks on the wall behind. But I saw it from different angles and it reminded me of the one on the Lincoln Town Car I have photographed recently.
24.4.2015 I have now caught this automobile, without the sheeting and the other way round, and yes it is a Lincoln - a 1976 Continental - as you can see at www.ipernity.com/doc/philsutters/37861274
