Youth mounted on a horse. Horse has no hind legs, but ends behind the rider in a flat, vertical support. Horse yellowish-white; mane black; eye and lines of face of same color; traces of ruddy flesh color on face and body of youth; chocolate-brown curls. Details of harness modeled and painted red. Right foreleg of horse below knee missing. Part of left foreleg and base restored.
